You might be thinking, how did the kids get this strength? My guess is that they did not get it from working out on a weight bench or working out in a gym, but they did get it from swimming in cold water (something they all do in the summer). Not only does this save a lot of energy, but it is also enjoyable. Of course, it’s harder to achieve that kind of performance in a pool, so their body becomes conditioned to that degree.
