1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Directions: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Lay the Pizza Pie Crust and Pepperoni out onto the bottom of the pan. Put the Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, and 1 cup Salt into a medium bowl and set aside. Pour the Water into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Place the Bread Crumbs into a small mixing bowl and set aside. When the water in the saucepan has boiled, remove from heat and add to the Bread Crumbs. Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes. Pour the contents of the Bread Crumbs into the water and stir to combine. To shape the Pepperoni, scoop the Cheddar Cheese out of the bowl and squeeze it between your hands to evenly distribute. Spread the Cheese all over the Pepperoni with your fingers. I found that I had a fairly thick mixture but that’s ok! I stopped when I was only about 1/3 of the way full and the mixture was sticking together. Working from the outside in, pour the Pepperoni mixture into the prepared pan and press to adhere. Repeat with the remaining Pepperoni mixture. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the center is no longer hot to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting. When ready to eat, preheat your oven to 375°F. Once the Pepperoni has cooled, scoop the cheese mixture onto a slice and top with the pepperoni. (Don’t worry if it looks a little messy. I used plastic wrap on mine for cleanup) Makes 6-8 Pepperoni and Cheese Bombs. Nutrition Information Yield: 6 servings, Serving Size: 2 pepperoni and cheese Bombs Amount Per Serving:
